Set in Palm Beach, this landmark residence, originally built in 1925, was reimagined as a modern sanctuary for our partner and co-founder, Jim Hoffman. Led by Doron Sabag and the SBP Homes team, the project is a complete design-build transformation—preserving the home’s Mediterranean character while introducing a lighter, more contemporary rhythm. Working within the constraints of a protected structure, the original shell was carefully restored, while the interior was fully reconfigured to create a more fluid and livable layout.
The architecture opens to the landscape, establishing a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces. The grounds reflect a distinctly Palm Beach sensibility—layered, structured, and lush. Today, the home balances past and present—shaped by its history and designed for the way it is lived in.
